ROOM RENTAL RATES
The Middletown Room
The Boardroom located upstairs in the Visitor Centre / Chamber of Commerce Building, is available for rent to any group or business based on availability. Seating capacity is up to 12 people.
Room rental rates are as follows:

Non–profit group with a Chamber membership – $10.00 flat rate·
Non-profit group without a Chamber membership - $20.00 for up to four hours; $40.00 all day (8:00am to 4:00 pm)·
Chamber members - $25.00 for four hours; $50.00 all day (8:00am to 4:00 pm)·
Non members - $40.00 for four hours; $80.00 all day (8:00am to 4:00 pm)·
Coffee is available at $10.00 or $15.00 pots, depending on the number of peopleThe Michel Room
The Office located upstairs in the Visitor Centre / Chamber of Commerce Building, is available for rent to any group or business based on availability. Seating capacity is up to 6 people.

The Meeting room, located downstairs in the Visitor Centre / Chamber of Commerce Building, is available for rent to any group based on availability. Seating capacity is up to 30 people.
Room rental rates are as follows:

Non-profit group without a Chamber membership - $25.00 for up to four hours; $50.00 all day (8:00am to 4:00 pm)·
Chamber members - $40.00 for four hours; $75.00 all day (8:00am to 4:00 pm)·
Non members - $50.00 for four hours; $100.00 all day (8:00am to 4:00 pm)
